Fly-in lakes such as Crawfish Lake on Nootka Island and Power Lake northwest of Kyuquot offer excellent cutthroat trout up to 4 pounds year-round. I suspect that they were originally beach cultured and in more recent years are being tray cultivated. The bad stuff is that theres a challenging road to get to Tahsis with up to 18 grades. But The Oyster Guide says that the oysters he received appeared to be Tray Suspended and if so then they would look like the oysters posted on Oysterater (although they say the oysters are Beach Grown, the appearance is clearly Tray Suspended). The property is on the doorstep of Nootka Island/Sound with many.
